Each month Flowers Realty Services offers a special. Depending on popularity, any given special may be offered for several months. These specials are "as is" but can be combined with other products and/or services. Not ready to purchase or sell yet? Thats fine, just check back once you're ready...we're sure to be offering something EXCITING!
Investor Special Offer:
Option1: List your home on MLS and Realtor.com for only $395.00
How it works: We put your home in the MLS up to 120 days.
Step 1: We will email you the listing agreement and Sellers disclosure and Information about brokerage forms to fill out .
Step 2: You take 10 pictures and email them to us in Jpeg format.
Step 3: You fill out the MLS sheet(rooms,sizes,ectect) we put your number as the contact so you set your own appts. All Contracts go to you and when you decide what you want to do you call us and tell us. You are not to negoatiate with the other party That is our job. Once you have accepted an offer we are done.
All of Option 1 Plus:
1. A free cma
2. A Sign,Lock BOX,Flyer box and take care of all showing appts
3. A Free counseling session explaining all of the Comps,Paperwork
4. Flyers for you that you can keep printing to keep your box full
5. We handle all of your offers until you accept one
